The contact form collects your name, email address and message, solely to handle and respond to your enquiry.

3. Legal Basis

Processing is based on the consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by checking the acceptance box and submitting the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

If you prefer not to give consent, you can contact me directly at hola@miguel-jimenez.dev without using the form.

4. Retention Period

Data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and for a maximum of 1 year from receipt of the message, unless retention is required by law.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

This website does not use cookies. Your theme and language preferences are stored using localStorage, a local browser storage mechanism that does not send any data to a server. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

6. Recipients

Contact form data is transferred to Resend Inc. (United States) as a data processor, solely for sending the notification email. Resend provides adequate safeguards through the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

This site uses Vercel Analytics to measure web traffic anonymously and in aggregate (pages visited, country, device type). This service does not use cookies, does not track individual users, and does not collect personally identifiable data. Data is not shared with third parties for any other purpose.

7. Your Rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection at any time by contacting hola@miguel-jimenez.dev.

If you believe processing does not comply with applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
